- Include Back Crawls / Butt Scoots / Plank Rolls in warm-up

- Take time to warm-up your back squats:

Would LOVE for you to be able to start your FIRST set somewhere ABOVE 75% of what you hit a few weeks ago in the 1RM.

- Build as you are able

- Belt as needed

- Stay away from failure

- Take your time with it
