Ingredients


• 1 medium banana

• 2/3 cup frozen mango chunks or frozen fruit of choice

• 8oz orange juice

• 8oz water

• 2tsp chia seeds

• 2 cups raw spinach or kale

• 2 scoops vanilla whey protein (1 scoop per serving)


Instructions


1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

2. Split evenly between 2 glasses or shakers and enjoy!
