CrossFit Games Open Workout #23point1 is a repeat of #14point4!
Get to class on time and the Coach will get each athlete warmed up and ready to maximize their potential on this test!
CFSC will take on each of the 3 Open Workouts on the next three Fridays as our regular class programming.
There are scaling options for EVERY level of fitness!
If registered, athletes will be able to make-up the workout on Saturday or Sunday, and we can do Mondays if you email us to schedule a time.
Athletes must enter their own scores by each Monday at 8 p.m. ET on the #CrossFitGames website.
