Southwest Chicken Burgers

Ingredients


• 2 lbs ground chicken breast

• 1 red bell pepper, diced

• 1/2 tsp cumin

• 1/2 tsp paprika

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp coriander

• 1/2 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp kosher salt

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

• 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions


1. Preheat pan or outdoor grill on medium high heat.

2. Using your hands, combine the chicken breast with all of the other ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

3. Form six equal sized patties.

4. If using a pan, spray with cooking spray.

5, Grill or pan sear until cooked through, approximately 5-6

minutes per side. Internal temperature should be 165F.
