Serving size: ½ recipe
• 1 c non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
• 1 scoop French Vanilla protein powder
• 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
• 2 tsp. molasses
• 1 tsp. honey
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• a dash of cloves
• a dash of nutmeg
• a dash of ginger
1. Place everything in a medium bowl and whisk together until creamy and smooth! Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
2. Serve with fruit, graham crackers, or even gingerbread cookies!
