This Thursday, Coach Elise will be leading a 20 minute "kipping clinic" throughout the day, with a new one starting every 30 minutes at:
4 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.
There will be some light accessory/recovery work to follow with your normal Thursday programming.
Just show up and Coach Elise will work on everything from basic positioning to more advanced cycling.
