Over the last 4 Saturdays at #CFSC we have programmed the first four CrossFit Games Open Workouts from 2014.

This is week 5, and we close out with "14.5".

As the 2015 Open is right around the corner, CrossFit Soda City looks forward to having all of our members participate in the workouts!

Not to mention, you need to burn off all of that "Yuletide Cheer" you ingested over the last few days!__________


The final Workout of the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games Open was revealed live on Thursday, March 28th from the Kezar Pavilion in San Francisco, California to a sold-out crowd and featured not two, but FIVE previous Games champions: Rich Froning, Jason Khalipa, Graham Holmberg, Sam Briggs and Annie Thorisdottir.

#TheDaveCastro made a shocking announcement about the Workout that no one was expecting: It was for time, and the "clock can not save you".

So whether you took 10 minutes, or 10 hours, the clock did not stop until the final rep was completed.

The final standings of the 5 Games champions going head to head:

Froning- 8:26.8Briggs- 8:31.4Khalipa- 9:05.0Holmberg- 10:20.3Thorsdottir- 11:04.5

Briggs nor Holmberg qualified for the 2014 Games. Froning, Khalipa and Thorsdottir not only made the Games, but all 3 athletes found their way to the podium in Carson.
