"It probably won’t look like much to a lot of people, but despite COVID and a very difficult school semester, I’m pretty happy with the lifestyle changes I’ve made over time. It’s definitely far from perfect, and I’ve definitely fallen in and out of routines, but I guess that’s why they call it a process. Happier with my eating habits, getting into the gym when I’m not swamped with schoolwork (still trying to be better about that one), and being better about balancing life overall have all been the goal in this weird time of life. Still not comfortable with where I am, but even the small steps mean a ton right now. Big thank ya to CrossFit Soda City for holding me accountable , can’t wait to see where this process goes."
